tag has now come to a close as a Charity. Everyone who has been a part of tag still strongly believe in the work that we have done and continue to do. This work continues. All our trustees continue to work in the field of trauma and dissociation on an individual basis, as therapists and counsellors, in further trainings and in relationship with our partner organisations.

Please visit our partnership websites for more information on trauma and dissociation. You will also find courses, on-line learning, workshops, trainings and lots more information.

We would like to thank all who have visited our website, our members and everyone who has been a part of tag throughout the years for their invaluable support.

tag was a group studying and supporting work concerning trauma, abuse and dissociation.
The group existed to provide information, support, training, encouragement and networking for counsellors, therapists, professional workers, supporters and anyone who was concerned or interested in or working with individuals who have suffered severe trauma and abuse. As a group we acknowledged the contribution of survivors to increase understanding in this area and respect the great value of their insights.
The steering group for tag arose out of a working group set up by the Association of Christian Counsellors to provide training guidelines for counsellors working with survivors of ritual or extreme childhood abuse or those who are working with dissociative disorders including dissociative identity disorder.

Since those early days tag continued to expand and grow and we have been proud to promote and welcome diversity and collaboration with individuals and other organisations.

Despite our decision to bring tag to a close, our work continues...
